Our Policies

Equality & Diversity

As a consultancy that works throughout the UK and internationally, we are aware of the benefits that candidates from diverse backgrounds and origins can offer.

Red River People believe that as well as any legal obligations, we should only partner with organisations who work, like us, to identify and promote the best talent available on the market, regardless of race, gender, disability, nationality, religion, age, sexual orientation, family status or any other factor.  We ensure we advertise and source candidates from the broadest and most diverse pool of talent available.

Equal Opportunities

Red River People is an equal opportunities employer fully committed to the elimination of unlawful and unfair discrimination and we place high value on the difference that a diverse workforce brings to our own and our clients’ business.

We promote a culture that values openness, honesty, trust and transparency, a culture which we extend to all employees, clients, suppliers and contractors whether permanent or on an temporary bases.

Data Protection & Privacy

We will never forward a candidate’s details to any of our clients without discussing and seeking the candidate’s permission first.

We record statistics on gender, age, disability, and ethnicity only where provided willingly and knowingly by a candidate. Red River People does not collate this data for the purposes of candidate management.
