FOOD BUSINESS – EXECUTIVE AND NON-EXECUTIVE SEARCH
With knowledge of our client’s specific business and culture, we conduct a search to introduce suitable food industry candidates matching our client’s individual and specific requirements. We can either perform this service on an exclusive retained basis, or general search. Either way, fees are determined by salary.
Our accumulated knowledge of managing stock exchange listed companies and the requirements of Non Executive Directors roles within these organisations, places us in the unique position of being able to support the search for Non Executive roles whilst utilising our extensive network and international contacts.
FOOD BUSINESS – PERMANENT PLACEMENTS
We conduct a thorough candidate search and introduction service on behalf of our clients. This can either be an exclusive retained service or on a general search basis. As a consultancy we do not forward a CV without thorough sourcing, interviewing and using our personal selection process to gain full suitability of any potential candidates. We will not introduce a candidate without this process, building a relationship of respect between candidates we introduce and client satisfaction. It is a vital part of our relationship building and we will always give full feedback to both candidate and client after interviews. We will continue to operate a managed service until the candidate commences employment.
FOOD BUSINESS – INTERIM & TEMPORARY RECRUITMENT
Through our Connexion service and database, we are able to introduce experienced food industry contractors, specialists and temporary personnel for short and medium periods of employment, covering unexpected vacancies in companies arising sometimes through long-term illness and resignations.
